1. The short version

Dig is a single-player detective game. We’ve built it to need as little of your data as possible:

  • You don’t create an account to play, and your game progress is stored on your own device.

  • We don’t access your camera, microphone, photos, contacts, or precise location.

  • We don’t sell your personal data.

Two honest exceptions: the free version shows ads, and we use limited analytics and process in-app purchases.
These involve a few trusted third parties (such as our advertising,
analytics, and subscription providers, and Apple) who may process limited, mostly pseudonymous device data. The details are below.

2. Who we are

Rohe Technik OÜ (“we”, “us”, “our”) is a private limited company (osaühing) registered in Estonia, with its registered
office at Kotkapoja tn 2a-10, Kristiine linnaosa, Tallinn, Harju maakond, 10615,
Estonia. For the purposes of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Estonian data-protection law, we are the data controller for
personal data processed in connection with the Dig mobile application (the “App”).

3. What data the App processes

Here is a summary of what is processed, why, who it may be shared with, and our legal basis. Each item is explained underneath.

What we process

Why, and who it’s shared with

Lawful basis (GDPR Art. 6)

Game progress & settings

Saves your cases, stars, and preferences. Stored on your device; not collected by us.

Not personal data we hold

Advertising data (advertising/device identifiers, IP address, ad interactions)

To show and measure ads in the free version, via third-party ad networks (e.g. Google AdMob). Personalised ads are shown only with your consent
(Apple’s App Tracking Transparency); otherwise ads are non-personalised.

Consent (personalised ads); legitimate interests (non-personalised ads)

Analytics & crash data (usage events, device model, OS version, app version, approximate country, crash logs)

To understand engagement, fix bugs, and improve the game, via our analytics/crash provider. Pseudonymous — not your name.

Legitimate interests

Purchase & subscription data (transaction IDs, subscription status, a pseudonymous app user ID, device info)

To process and restore purchases and manage Dig PRO, via Apple and our subscription provider, Adapty. We never receive your card details.

If you email us, to answer your question.

Legitimate interests

3.1 No sensitive device access. Dig does not request access to your camera, microphone, photo library, contacts, or precise location.
The “phones” you investigate in the game are entirely fictional and exist only inside the App.

3.2 Advertising & App Tracking Transparency. On iOS you’ll be asked whether to allow tracking. If you decline, you’ll still see ads,
but they’ll be non-personalised and our partners won’t use your advertising identifier to track you across apps. You can change
this in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.

3.3 Apple & the App Store. Apple’s Privacy Policy, not ours.

3.4 What we do NOT collect. We do not collect your name, email (unless you email us), phone number, precise location
, contacts, photos, browsing history, or any biometric data.

4. Sharing and processors

We do not sell your personal data. We share limited data only with service providers who process it on our behalf or as independent
controllers for the purposes above, including:

  • Advertising networks (e.g. Google AdMob) — to serve and measure ads.

  • Analytics and crash-reporting providers — to measure usage and fix bugs.

  • Adapty — to manage subscriptions, entitlements, and the paywall.

  • Apple — to process payments, downloads, and (if you opt in) diagnostics.

Each provider acts under its own privacy terms and, where they process data for us, under a data-processing agreement.
The specific providers we use may change; we’ll keep this policy updated.

5. International transfers

Some of our providers are located outside the European Economic Area (for example, in the United States).
Where personal data is transferred outside the EEA, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the
European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses and/or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
You can request more information using the contact details below.

6. Retention

Because your game progress is stored on your device, you control it — it remains until you delete the
App or clear its data. Pseudonymous analytics and crash data are retained for up to 14 months and then deleted or aggregated.
Purchase and subscription records are kept for as long as needed to provide the service and to meet our legal and accounting obligations.

7. Children

Dig is not directed at children under 13 and contains mature, dramatic themes. We do not knowingly collect personal data from
children under 13 (or the minimum digital-consent age in your country). If you believe a child has provided us with personal data,
contact us and we will delete it.

8. Security

The strongest privacy protection is collecting as little as possible. Beyond that, the App relies on iOS sandboxing and standard
Apple security frameworks, and data shared with our providers is protected in transit using TLS.
No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.

9. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you

  • Rectify inaccurate data

  • Erase your data (“right to be forgotten”)

  • Restrict processing

  • Object to processing based on legitimate interests

  • Data portability in a machine-readable format

  • Withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent (e.g. personalised ads)

To exercise any of these rights, email info@rohe.ai. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Estonian
Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon, aki.ee), or with the data-protection authority in your EU/EEA country of residence.

10. Changes to this policy

If we materially change how we process your data, we will update the
“Last updated” date above, notify you in-app, and — where required — ask for your renewed consent before the change takes effect.
